That story is one that Aphrodite absolutely hates telling, and who could blame her? When you're the goddess of love, beauty, and sexual rapture you can't help but be embarrassed from such a story.

When she first arrived to the island she was sealed within a shell, thanks to the foam of a fat fish she was freed and naked.
